HOWEVER, PLEASE DO GET
A QUOTE BECAUSE I CAN OFTEN TAILOR CHARGES TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
THE DAY RATE FOR WEDDINGS IS A BASE CHARGE OF £250.00 BUT (AN AGREED) FUEL SUPPLEMENT AT COST MAY
BE ADDED TO THE BASE CHARGE FOR JOURNEYS OVER 20 MILES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FUEL CONSUMPTION IS ONLY 15MPG.
Disbursements such as ferry fares, congestion charges will be charged at
cost. There is no VAT charge.
An invoice will be sent well in advance when the arrangements are agreed and payment should
be made not less than 28 days after invoicing.
In the event of cancellation by clients
the hire fee (if pre-paid) will be remitted if the cancellation is unavoidable less a cancellation fee of £20.00.
If alternative vehicles have to be used you would also have the right to cancel and if that happens all charges
will be repaid.
